RETURNS 

We hope that you love your purchase but but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order we’ll be happy to offer you a refund (or an exchange where possible) within 14 days of receipt, provided it complies with our returns policy:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached where provided and the original packaging included.

  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.

  • When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.

  • If an item has a tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.

  • Beauty and cosmetic products must be returned unopened and unused, with the seals of any packaging still intact.

  • Jewellery must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.

Please submit your return request by email to hello@artizaans.com. This should include your original order number, details of the item(s) you are returning and the reason for the return. We will respond with shipping instructions. Please note, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will also need to be covered.

We recommend that you return items via registered mail and obtain proof of postage. We do not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.

If we find the products are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged, we do reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund. Please use appropriate packaging to protect your package during transit.

CANCELLATIONS

If you have a change of mind and wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. If your goods have not already been dispatched we will cancel your order and process a refund. In cases where the order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the goods to us in order that we can process a refund. The cost of delivery will not be refunded.

FAULTY ITEMS

All products sold are handcrafted and as such may show minor variations. We consider this to be a characteristic of the process which makes up part of their charm and uniqueness. Unfortunately manufacturing faults can sometimes occur, so if you believe this to be the case we are happy to offer a replacement or full refund once we have received and inspected the goods. Please notify us in writing within 5 working days along with pictures of the fault/damage.

REFUND PROCESS

Once received and inspected, refunds of the product price will be issued within 5 working days. You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been made and your account will be credited with the amount within the 5-10 working days.
