This special rug is a precious treasure telling the story of the Berber tradition, made in the region of the Moroccan Middle Atlas. It was created by beautiful Berber craftswomen using a technique that's been around for centuries, protected and handed down through generations from mother to daughter. Entirely composed of fine and silky wool, this particular piece took 3 months to make.The wool is exposed under the Moroccan stars for an entire night, in order to ward off the evil eye according to ancestral Berber tradition.
